At Worcester Business Journal’s annual Best of Business Awards, Keith Carolan, VIA’s General Manager and WRG Beverage Director, shared the recipe for one of the featured cocktails at One Eleven Chop House, winner of “The Best After Work Bar”.

Hazed & Infused

2.25oz Honey Infused Bourbon (3 parts bourbon to 1 part honey)
Fresh Lemon
Amarena Cherries

Muddle lemon wedge and cherry
Pour in infused bourbon
Add ice and stir
Smoulder wood chips and place glass over
Strain drink into smoked glass
